Students at The Classical Academy raised $5,628

The last coin has been counted and the results are in!

Students at The Classical Academy raised $5,628 for the Pasta for Pennies program which benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Each class competed in a friendly competition to determine who could collect the most spare change and raise the most through a sponsored jog-a-thon. Mrs. Moore’s third grade class won the competition, raising $863.34 in donations. Their reward is a catered class lunch from the Olive Garden. The money raised helps the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society provide a wide array of resources to help those affected by blood cancers. The Classical Academies have participated in the Pasta for Pennies program since 2004.
