Summer School Offered for EUHSD Students

The Escondido Union High School District (EUHSD) is offering summer school for students June 13 through July 8 this year at Orange Glen High School. Summer school is available for students who attend Escondido, Orange Glen, and San Pasqual high schools and offers students the opportunity to recover credits. Classes will take place Monday through Friday and two in-person sessions will be available, 8:00 to 11:45 a.m. and 12:15 to 4:00 p.m. There will be no school June 20 and July 4. In addition to the opportunity to recover credits, students can retake classes that require a C or higher to stay on the A-G track. A-G classes are required to be eligible for admission to the California State University and University of California systems. Extended school year classes are also available for students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Families can learn more and complete the summer school interest form by visiting www.euhsd.org, their school websites, or talking to their student’s counselor.
