The State Street Farmers Market is pleased to be hosting its monthly live cooking demonstration, featuring fresh seasonal ingredients from our vendors. Executive Chef Brad Thomas, from The Compass restaurant will be preparing not one but two dishes (pork and fish) both featuring our seasonal Stone Fruit.
Chef Thomas will host demos at the top of the hour at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm at the north end of the farmers market (Grand Ave. & State St. intersection) beneath The Compass canopy. Each demonstration will be approximately 10 minutes. This will be a standing room only demonstration. Come for the take-home recipe and stay for the delicious samples!
