An investigation is underway after a deadly train collision occurred in the city of San Diego.
It happened on Friday, September 20th, at approximately 10:25 pm, near the 2600 block of Moreno Boulevard in the city of San Diego. When San Diego Police and Fire personnel arrived, they found a man who was hit by a North County Transit District Coaster train. The male did not survive his injuries.
The Sheriff’s Transit Enforcement Unit (TEU) investigates incidents along the routes of the North County Transit District. Sheriff’s TEU was requested to investigate.
The Medical Examiner’s Office will make an identification of the man, as well as determine cause and manner of death pending notification of his family.

Un peatón es atropellado por un tren de alta velocidad
Se está llevando a cabo una investigación después de que se produjo una colisión de trenes mortal en la ciudad de San Diego.
Sucedió el viernes 20 de septiembre, aproximadamente a las 10:25 pm, cerca de la cuadra 2600 de Moreno Boulevard en la ciudad de San Diego. Cuando llegó el personal de policía y bomberos de San Diego, encontraron a un hombre que fue atropellado por un tren Coaster del Distrito de Tránsito del Norte del Condado. El hombre no sobrevivió a sus heridas.
La Unidad de Control de Tránsito (TEU) del Sheriff investiga incidentes a lo largo de las rutas del Distrito de Tránsito del Norte del Condado. Se solicitó a la TEU del Sheriff que investigara.
La Oficina del Médico Forense identificará al hombre, así como determinará la causa y la forma de la muerte en espera de notificar a su familia.
