The City of Vista allows residents to participate in Council meetings via Zoom. Please request to speak on items on the agenda and request to speak during the public comment section of the meeting on any topic. Instructions for participating via Zoom are available on the first page of the agenda. You will have 3 minutes to comment on any matter on the agenda or during the public comments section.
Meetings will still be viewable on the City’s YouTube channel; however, the public comment option is unavailable on this platform.
