City of Vista facilities including the Civic Center, VisTix Offices, and the Public Works Department will close for the annual winter furlough from Dec. 25 through Jan. 1. Public Safety services will remain in place ready to serve the public through the holidays. On January 2, the Civic Center City Hall will re-open at 7:30 am.
