Vista Elks # 1968 Spread Joy to Veterans and Active-Duty Military

Christmas is in the rearview mirror, but the message couldn’t be brighter! Elks around the country have risen to the call of meeting needs, and hundreds of thousands of dollars through various grants have been distributed across the nation. Thank you all for your generosity and the hours of time donated to make it happen.

Our lodge was filled to capacity serving special needs children, and more than 85 Christmas Baskets were given out to veterans and active-duty military last week. And the Children’s Christmas Party lit up the lodge on Thursday afternoon; it was wonderful to be a part of Vista Elks!

As your ER, may I say thanks to all of you, and may the spirit of generosity continue to grow in the coming year.

Happy New Year to each and every one of you.

ER David Slottje

Vista Elks #1968The Vista Lodge is one of the most active lodges in the South Coast District, being open 7 days a week for all Elks and their guests. Our lunches and dinners are typically open menus featuring all the favorite dishes you would expect. Sunday breakfast is especially popular!
