Vista Mayor Judy Ritter Joins Local Non-Profit in COVID-19 Relief Effort

On June 25, 2020 at 1 pm, Vista Mayor Judy Ritter presented a Proclamation to Farnaz Khoromi, San Diego Center Director to M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi School® of Islamic Sufism along with several volunteers. The presentation was held at Operation HOPE located at 859 E. Vista Way, Vista, CA 92084. Charity Singleton, Cindy Taylor, Anthony Hernandez and Nicole Ketcher of Solutions for Change hosted this event along with Evelyn Delgado, Executive Director of Vista Garden’s Memory Care.

M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi School® of Islamic Sufism – San Diego, supports San Diego North County area by donating face masks, face shields, care packages and food boxes to Operation HOPE North County, Solution for Change and Vista Garden’s Memory Care.

M.T.O. Volunteers:
In a global effort to support our communities, M.T.O.’s Global COVID-19 Initiative has procured the donation of PPE’s, food, care packages, and stress relief through the Tamarkoz® App’s free live Instagram daily sessions of meditation in 11 languages. In these difficult times, through service to our community we would like to propagate the message of hope, love and peace to our caregivers/caretakers, hospitals, as well as veterans, refugees, and domestic violence shelters.
