Vista, CA – The City of Vista’s Wave Waterpark opened its doors last Saturday for the second annual Penguin Plunge. The Wave’s icy towers invited the bravest to take a slide into an ice filled pool of water. This event was free for participants and spectators They had a total of

Each received a Plunge certificate, Wave water bottle, and 2020 summer Wave admission ticket. There was be a raffle for fabulous prizes Raffle prizes included
• One small Wave cabana and a Big Squirt
• Two reserved lawn tickets for a Friday or Saturday night for one summer season show at The Moonlight in 2020
• Two orchestra seats for any one 2020 Moonlight Presents show
• One 2020 Wave Season Pass and a Big Squirt
• GRAND PRIZE: four pack of Wave tickets, small cabana, and a big squirt
ABOUT THE WAVE WATERPARK
The Wave Waterpark is the City of Vista’s popular summertime attraction recently celebrating its 25th year. The park features a slide tower, flow rider, rip tide slide, floating river, competition pool, and spray park. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Wave also offers camps, swim lessons, junior lifeguard program, scout programs, CPR and water polo classes, and group and birthday programs. During non-season, the Wave is open for lap swimming and rentals. The Wave is recognized for its extensive safety training programs and safety records.
