Hello neighbor. The Streetlights Residential Construction Team is very excited to be a part of this community and develop this wonderful project that will bring in new residences and businesses soon. Our goal is to be a good neighbor to the community, foster relationships, and partner with you during the construction process. Our Monthly Construction Update will keep you informed of pertinent activities that may have an effect of vehicular traffic patterns and pedestrian re- direction.
A special note regarding COVID-19. We are continuing work business as usual and we are incredibly grateful to all the tradesmen who continue to work. All onsite personnel have been instructed to abide by official regulations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We have halted all unnecessary meetings on site, and have a disinfection cleaning crew on site daily.

The month of April will see the following activities:
· Insulation and drywall installation inside the units
· Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure will be ongoing
· Fire sprinkler and fire alarm system installation will be ongoing
· Stucco operations will be ongoing
· Siding will be ongoing
· Storefront window installation
· Exterior painting will be ongoing
· Curb, Gutter, and Paving work at Indiana, Vista Village, and Santa Fe
