The second phase of the Paseo Santa Fe corridor continues to progress and we would make a bet that they are going to dig a few more ditches before it’s complete. This project, Terrace Lofts, is about fifty yards south of the next traffic circle at Guajome Street, located on the East side of the road heading South. The property line starts from the Barber Shop to the corner of Terrace Drive.
Projects like Terrace Lofts are a part of the re-birth of Paseo Santa Fe and it will be transformed when people with vision and money invest. Tideline Partners, in the past, has made investments in Vista, such as the future home of the Doghaus on the corner of Broadway and Indiana and the Tague Insurance Building at 150 Broadway.

The next step for the developer is the Early Design Review with the Planning Commission, which is scheduled to meet on September 4, 2018. If all goes well, it will be thirty months before anyone occupies the Terrace Lofts.
