The U.S. Census Bureau invites you to participate in the 2020 Census Car Caravan to encourage responses to the 2020 Census. The car caravan will drive through strategically selected routes. Vehicles will be decorated with posters, fliers, balloons, and other assorted materials. Each car in the caravan will display census messaging to raise awareness of the 2020 Census. Meet in Oceanside Harbor Parking Lot, near the Jolly Roger.
