The City of Carlsbad announces the opening of the 2023-24 Community Arts Grants cycle. From Friday, February 13 to March 20, 2023, eligible nonprofit arts organizations, schools and emerging artists are welcome to submit a grant application for art projects and activities that would begin on September 1, 2023.
