For decades, 4th graders in Escondido have participated in our annual poster contest with other North County water agencies. The contest theme is “Love Water, Save Water,” allowing local students to illustrate the value of our water through creative, hand-drawn art. At the City’s May 25 Council meeting, the top 12 students were celebrated. They were presented with generous gifts donated by local businesses and the top 12 posters are displayed on the City’s website. The top 3 winners will be featured in next year’s 2024 regional calendar.
