5th District Supervisor Candidates Kyle Krahel, Rebecca Jones, and John Franklin attended the Valley Center Business Association Sip & Socialize last Thursday evening. It was an opportunity for them to introduce themselves to the attendees. The June primary vote will eliminate one of these candidates, and the top two vote-getters will be on the November Ballot.
