Vista Fire and Sheriff’s Departments Delivers Toys to Boys & Girls Club

VISTA, CA
– On Friday, December 15th the Vista Fire Department and Sheriff’s Department made a surprise visit to the youth at the Boys & Girls Club of Vista. While the kids were out on the field enjoying outdoor play time, the fire trucks and patrol cars made a grand entrance down the alley way of the baseball fields. The lights were on, and sirens could be heard all around. The kids had the opportunity to take pictures with them, see the inside of their cars and fire trucks and learn about what the tools and equipment are used for. Their special visit included a generous delivery of hundreds of toys, games, stuffed animals and even some scooters for all ages of kids. The Boys & Girls Club of Vista is grateful to the Vista Fire Department and Sheriff’s Department for supporting our youth this Holiday Season! It is the goal of the Boys & Girls Club Vista that every child and their families have healthy, fun and meaningful experiences all year long!
