A new mixed-use development is proposed for 67 acres on Oceanside Boulevard near El Corazon Park. The project includes 910 apartments and townhomes, strategically positioned between two transit stations, supporting Oceanside’s Smart and Sustainable Corridors Plan. Approximately 15% of the homes will be reserved for affordable housing. The site features sensitive habitats, which will remain protected, with about a third of the land left open. The project also includes a $7 million bridge over the Sprinter rail line, enhancing accessibility.
