San Marcos city facilities including City Hall, Community Services and the Public Works Department will close for the annual winter furlough from Dec. 25 through Jan. 1. Police and fire services will remain in place through the holidays. City Hall will re-open for regular business hours at 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 2.
