Experience a Holiday Season (this December) Like No Other in Vista!

For this year’s WinterFest, the Chamber, as part of its 100 year celebration, discovered that the residents of Vista, 100 years ago, had voted on a theme called “Viva Vista!”

It seemed appropriate that, 100 years later, that theme should be revived as part of a city-wide celebration for the holidays!

So, starting with the parade on Saturday, December 2nd,
