Art lovers and Carlsbad community members, get ready for a weekend of creativity and inspiration! This Saturday and Sunday, April 27 and 28th, artist Molly Alexander will bring her unique vision to the Carlsbad Art Wall. Thanks to founder of the Carlsbad Art Wall, Bryan Snyder, and the continued support of Señor Grubby’s, Boys and Girls Club Carlsbad Village, and partial funding from the Carlsbad Cultural Arts Department, this project continues to enrich our community.
Molly Alexander’s art is a vibrant blend of fantastical landscapes and bold abstracts, inspired by her adventurous spirit and travels. Her work reflects not only the places she’s visited, but also the emotions each location evokes. Drawing on memories of her grandmother, a watercolor artist and family archivist, Molly’s compositions carry elements of fantasy, nostalgia, and a nod to her family roots. Her joyful color palettes and playful approach to landscapes will transform the Carlsbad Art Wall into a lively display of creativity.
Don’t miss this opportunity to watch Molly Alexander’s creative process in real-time and engage with the Carlsbad art community. Join us at the Carlsbad Art Wall, located on the east facing wall of Señor Grubbys (377 Carlsbad Village Drive), for a weekend filled with art, fun, and inspiration. See you there!
