Today, it was announced that San Diego County hit a trigger, that could potentially modify our health orders. We’ve had nine community outbreaks, which is two more than the limit. However, just because we’ve had 9 outbreaks out of 3.3 million, doesn’t mean we should close down the economy.
As we continue to move forward, we will remain focused on people’s health and safety, which, for the most part, we have successfully done. Where there are issues we should address them in a targeted way, but I will also be continuing to push for gatherings in a controlled and managed way.
