Download the City of Vista’s mobile app for quick access to city information and services. The app, called ACCESS VISTA, provides Vista residents with another way to obtain information and to report issues in real time. To report problems in real-time, such as graffiti, damaged street signs, abandoned vehicles, illegal dumping or street lights that are out, and other local problems needing attention, use the ACCESS VISTA app.
Residents can track the request, see what others have reported, and check if the issue has been resolved. Android users should download the app from the Google Play Store and iPhone from the App Store. Search for “Access Vista” to download the app.
