Please join the efforts to oppose SB 1383, legislation that would require any employer with only 5 employees to provide 12-weeks of protected leave each year and threatening them with litigation for any unintentional mistake. It will also impact large employers by providing the opportunity for a 6 month mandatory leave of absence.
This Bill is in the Assembly and may be brought up on the Assembly floor for a vote this Thursday, so we need you to act NOW!
