As a result of the November election, the Oceanside City Council declared the District One City Council seat vacant at its December 16, 2020 meeting, and directed the City Clerk’s Office to accept applications to fill the vacancy.
If you are a District One resident over the age of 18 and registered to vote, you may apply for the vacancy by filling out an application. Applications are available on the City website and at the City Clerk’s Office and may be submitted electronically, by mail, or in person.
