NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on January 22, 2019, at 5:30 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
Applications for Medical Cannabis Dispensaries Business License
This public hearing is to consider the adoption of a filing and processing fee for applications to establish medical cannabis businesses in the City of Vista pursuant to Vista Municipal Code § 5.94.050.
NOTE: If you challenge this project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Vista at, or prior to, the public hearing.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED to attend said hearing and express opinions on the matter outlined above.
