Boys & Girls Club of Vista will host their Annual Diamond Ball on Saturday, March 2nd

SAILING THE SEAS TO GREAT FUTURES

You are invited! The Boys & Girls Club of Vista will host their Annual Diamond Ball on Saturday, March 2nd
at the Westin in Carlsbad. This year’s theme is a Yacht Rock Gala, A Nautical Night featuring a live band performance from Band Overboard and dancing! Join us as we sail the seas to great futures.

This event is our largest fundraising event of the year with all proceeds benefitting youth in our community who need us the most. It is the mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Vista to
never turn a family away due to the inability to pay. Providing every child with a safe space when school is out and an equal opportunity to access academic programs, one on one mentors, and to build healthy lifestyles and character leader skills.

We are excited to share that we will be presenting two awards this year. The Dan Villasenor Champion of Youth Award will be presented to Raul Castillo. This award is the highest honor
the Boys & Girls Club of Vista can bestow upon an individual. Dan Villasenor was one of the first Boys & Girls Club of Vista’s club kids. The award honors “those who have dedicated themselves to the Boys & Girls Club and through their inspiring example and superb leadership have ensured that the youth of this community will always have a club to call their own.” Raul dedicated over 30 years in programs mentoring youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito and most recently, the Boys & Girls Club of Vista.

The Great Futures Corporate Philanthropy Award will be presented to EDCO. This award is the highest honor the Boys & Girls Club of Vista can bestow upon a company or small business. It honors those who have fostered a sense of philanthropy and involvement within their company. EDCO encourages their employees to be involved in the community and create opportunities to serve. Through their inspiring example and superb leadership, they have ensured that the youth of the Vista community will always have a club to call their own and will feel empowered to become the next generation of great leaders.

Tickets and sponsorships still available.
