The highly controversial Breeze Hill apartment development has begun. The tearing down of the strip mall will take two weeks.
The next phase of the project will be the construction of 88 apartments. “If all goes well we expect to be complete in April 2019”, said Thomas L. Edmunds, Jr. Development Director.
