Carlsbad Police Arrest Man for Indecent Exposure and Stalking

CARLSBAD, Calif. – On Friday, May 2, at approximately 8:34 a.m., the Carlsbad Police Department responded to a report in the 700 block of Laguna Drive regarding a male subject in a purple vehicle following a female pedestrian. During the initial investigation, officers learned that the same man had been involved in a separate incident earlier that morning near Laguna Drive and State Street, where he exposed himself to another woman.

Responding officers later located the man at his residence and took him into custody. He was positively identified as 23-year-old Max Rasul of Carlsbad. Rasul was booked into the Vista Detention Facility on multiple charges, including PC 314(1) – Indecent Exposure and PC 646.9(a) – Stalking.
