Carlsbad Village Spring Makers Market: An All Juried Handcrafted Marketplace

On Saturday, April 2nd CVA will host the second of four Makers Markets in 2022. This all juried handcrafted marketplace is a great place to shop for the best American-made goods in North County. This FREE community event will take place from 9am-4pm at the St. Michael’s Episcopal Church campus (2775 Carlsbad Blvd., Carlsbad, CA 92008).

“We are very excited to be hosting this market that celebrates the incredible talents and passions of 50 makers,” said Christine Davis, Executive Director of the Carlsbad Village Business Association. “It’s a great place to buy new spring decor for your home or yard and lots of goodies to fill those Easter baskets.”

If you are looking for one-of-a-kind handcrafted items that support local artisans, the Spring Makers Market is the place to be. Find handmade, vintage, up-cycled and unique goods at this all juried art and handcrafted marketplace that will highlight the crafter’s creativity in woodworking, leatherwork, 3D functional art, natural jewelry, beading, fabric creations, eco-friendly products, artisan foods, clothing, candles, pet accessories, and much more. Live music will be played throughout the day, making the experience the perfect way to spend a Saturday in Carlsbad Village, a North County premier destination.

Christine Davis adds, “We encourage people to come make a day of it and experience Carlsbad Village. Our downtown offers coffee shops and cafes on every block, excellent places to grab lunch, an afternoon treat, or dinner. And while in the Village, we know you will find boutiques and retail stores that will soon become your favorite places to shop.”

Grab a friend and shop local from a wide array of handmade and small production goods by local makers from Southern California and help in their growth and long-term success. Public parking is plentiful and the beach is only one block away. This is a great time to explore what Carlsbad Village has to offer!
