Carlsbad Village Street Faire May 5th

Experience the lively and diverse atmosphere of the Carlsbad Village Street Faire, which celebrates its 50th anniversary, on Sunday, May 5th, from 8 AM to 5 PM. This one-day extravaganza, organized by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, offers an exciting blend of arts, crafts, antiques, international cuisine, music, and entertainment. This vibrant event has become one of the most prestigious and largest single-day street fairs in the nation, attracting tens of thousands of visitors to Carlsbad’s charming streets.

On Cinco De Mayo, the Carlsbad Village Street Faire will once again transform downtown Carlsbad into a lively festival, featuring over 750 unique vendors selling goods from around the world. Enjoy a day filled with international cuisine, children’s rides, and the always-popular old-fashioned pancake breakfast.

Parking is limited due to the event’s popularity, so visitors are encouraged to use the complimentary shuttles that run every 15 minutes. The shuttle pick-up locations are at the northwest corner of Marron Rd and Monroe St. at Shoppes at Carlsbad Plaza Camino Real (Highway 78 and Jefferson) and the Poinsettia Coaster Station (Poinsettia exit off of I-5). Handicap parking is also available in limited amounts.
