Carlsbad’s newest park continues to take shape in northwest Carlsbad. Construction of the children’s play area, picnic areas and more are now well underway. The Buena Vista Reservoir Park is expected to open in late summer 2021. The beautiful neighborhood park features breathtaking views and will include:
