OCEANSIDE, CA (AUGUST 1, 2024) — Get ready for the highly anticipated return of Oceanside’s beloved culinary event as the Taste of Oceanside celebrates its 10th anniversary with the Taste of Oceanside VIP Experience on Friday, October 4, and Taste of Oceanside on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Join us for a weekend filled with imaginative food, refreshing beverages, and live entertainment in the heart of downtown, and discover why Oceanside has earned a reputation as one of the region’s top foodie destinations.
The festivities kick off on the evening of Friday, October 4, with the exclusive Taste of Oceanside VIP Experience at the Oceanside Museum of Art from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Attendees will enjoy bites from four special Oceanside guest chefs, live music, and the opportunity to explore the art galleries. The VIP combo ticket also includes admission to Saturday’s main event, ensuring a full weekend of gastronomic enjoyment.
On Saturday, October 5, from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, attendees will explore downtown Oceanside on foot or hop on the free ‘Taste Trolley’ to taste and sip their way through Oceanside’s exciting food and brew scene. For those 21 and older, the food and beverage combo ticket offers the chance to sample sips from the community’s vibrant craft breweries and wineries at participating stores and offices. With only 1,000 tickets available and the event selling out three years in a row, early ticket purchase is highly recommended.

A portion of proceeds from every ticket sold will be donated to Lived Experiences. Founded in 2019, Lived Experiences is a grassroots nonprofit in Oceanside, California, committed to assisting underserved families through a variety of programs including a wellness center, mobile laundry, food pantry, and mentoring.
Taste of Oceanside will continue to promote zero waste in Oceanside by giving a commemorative spork and reusable tasting cup to each attendee. Provided by event sponsor Green Oceanside, the commemorative Taste of Oceanside spork and branded cup will eliminate the addition of over 20,000 plastic items to the landfill.
Tickets for Taste of Oceanside go on sale on August 1, 2024. Early bird pricing is available through August 10, 2024, with VIP Experience tickets starting at $90 and general admission tickets starting at $40.
