The City of Escondido will improve Citracado Parkway from West Valley Parkway to Andreasen Drive. Improvements include a new bridge structure over Escondido Creek connecting approximately 2,100 of road between Harmony Grove Village Parkway and Andreasen Drive. The project will also add one vehicular lane, bike lanes and sidewalks in each direction between Harmony Grove Village and West Valley Parkway. These enhancements will add capacity and shorten travel times.
