City of Escondido’s Director of Development Services
After the completion of a national search, the City of Escondido has appointed a new Director of Development Services, Andrew Firestine. Andrew is an experienced local government professional who has worked to create lasting community impact and positive outcomes while delivering effective and responsive service over the course of his career.
Andrew is an Escondido native and is returning to Escondido with enthusiasm: I’m looking forward to working with the team to champion its success and to make positive contributions to the Escondido community.
