It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Oceanside as 19 local business, including @osideace, are gearing up for the ’Tis the Season Window Decorating Contest. Starting this Friday through Dec. 7, a panel of judges will view the displays and vote for a first-, second- and third-place winner.
