The City of Oceanside is seeking volunteers to assist with the 2022 Homeless Count on Thursday, January 27, 2022. This “point-in-time” count helps obtain a census of people experiencing homelessness in Oceanside – and throughout the County – and is required for state and federal grants to fund shelters, permanent housing, rental assistance programs, street outreach, and more.
