The City of Vista is excited to relaunch its E-Bike Safety Training & Rebate Program for 2026! Our program is designed to promote safe and sustainable transportation options for our residents and community. With the increasing popularity of e-bikes and active transportation, it’s essential that riders have the necessary knowledge and skills to ride safely. Our program combines educational training sessions with rebate opportunities to make e-bike ownership more accessible to everyone. Funding for this program was provided in part by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
