THOUGHTS FROM CSUSM HEAD COACH GREG HUTTON
“After we won last week, I turned to my assistant (Jennifer Johnson) and said that if we play well as a team, we will blow everyone out of the water. We made a statement today, that when this team plays well, we can beat anyone. It was a great team effort. We got to see all eight of our golfers play, and I see this as the beginning of our stretch run. Hats off to Jaime for shooting seven under. I think we tried to wake up the girls last week, and now I feel they are hungry for the respect they deserve.”
