CSUSM President Haynes to Deliver 14th Annual Report to the Community

San Marcos, CA – Cal State San Marcos President Karen Haynes will deliver her 14th annual Report to the Community on Thursday, Feb. 8.

More than 600 individuals representing a broad cross section of regional business, nonprofit, education and government leadership are expected to attend the sold-out event where President Haynes will highlight CSUSM accomplishments, trends and the 28-year-old institution’s role in advancing the public good.

The theme of this year’s event is “Stepping Forward.” An embargoed copy of President Haynes’ remarks is available for media members. Please contact Eric Breier at ebreier@csusm.edu or 760-750-7314 to obtain a copy.

Breakfast and registration begin at 7 a.m. with the formal program starting at 8 a.m.

Report to the Community is hosted each year by CSUSM’s University Council, a citizen advisory board consisting of community leaders interested in the development and welfare of the University

Where: On campus at the Event Pavilion in Lot N, located off Campus View Drive
Parking: Complimentary parking will be available in CSUSM parking structure
