The City of Vista had a NEW BUSINESS OPEN this morning. Culture Barber 💈 Lounge located at 510 Civic Center Dr Ste 106, Vista Ca 92081. Mayor John Franklin, & Council Members O’Donnell & Green attended the ribbon cutting. Derell Harper (Taper Tage) is a graduate of Alta Vista High School, and lifetime Vistan. His business is the newest member of the Vista Chamber of Commerce. Councilmember Green attended elementary school with Tage and has stay connected for 35+ years! WE ARE VISTA!!
