On August 25 just after 7:00 a.m., deputies from the San Marcos Sheriff’s Station received a radio call of a deceased body found just off the roadway near the 8000 block of Harmony Grove Road in Unincorporated San Marcos. They arrived at the scene where they found a deceased body wrapped in an unknown material.
The Sheriff’s Homicide Unit responded and has assumed responsibility of the investigation. The circumstances of this incident are still under investigation.
