Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on February 18, 2020, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented about site development of Hilton Garden Inn / Win Time Hotels.
A request for a Site Development Plan and Special Use Permit to develop a 128-room, four-story hotel with associated improvements on S. Melrose Drive, south of Faraday Street. The City has determined that this project is exempt from further environmental review in accordance with of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
