The Vista Leadership Academy is excited to announce its Fall 2024 session, a unique opportunity for Vista residents and business owners to gain an in-depth understanding of their city’s operations. This free, eight-week program is designed to offer participants a behind-the-scenes look at how Vista functions and is governed.
Program Highlights
Weekly Meetings: Join us every Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for engaging sessions, with one special daytime citywide bus tour.
Access: Learn how decisions are made and how city funds are allocated and gain insights into the day-to-day operations of various city departments.
Meet Key Figures: Get to know your elected officials, city manager, department directors, and City staff through interactive discussions and Q&A sessions.
Facility Tours: Take guided tours of city facilities, the Vista Business Park, and the vibrant downtown area.
Critical Discussions: Engage in meaningful conversations about planning and growth, traffic management, infrastructure, city finances, and other important issues affecting Vista.

Limited Spots: Enrollment is limited to 20 Vista residents or business owners aged 18 years or older, ensuring an intimate and impactful experience.
