Next week, demolition begins on the Dixon Lake Ranger Station. The temporary Ranger headquarters recently suffered damage making it unsafe and the process of removal and clearing the site for a new building is necessary. Phase two will include a new concrete pad, deck and retaining wall in preparation for the new building that is scheduled to be ready in May of 2023. Minimal site impacts will be the relocation of ADA parking stalls and a temporary closure of the play structure while heavy equipment is present. Stay tuned for updates!
