Doors are Open at Jackson’s Sports Bar and Grill Grand Opening Thursday

The newest restaurant and bar in Vista is set to open on Thursday at the Grand Opening of Jackson’s Sport’s Bar and Grill. The Chamber of Commerce Red Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Jackson’s will be held at Noon on Thursday, September 21st. Members of the Chamber, Vista government officials and other dignitaries will be on hand to welcome owner Jack Nielsen to the Vista business community with the opening of Jackson’s. The sports themed bar and grill features numerous sports banners, flags and other items and people eating at the restaurant are encouraged to bring something from their favorite sports team to feature in the bar and grill.

The extensive menu has a number of burgers, sandwiches, salad, soup, sides, desserts, a kid’s menu, and appetizers offering plenty to pick from for lunch or dinner. The new menu will also nightly specials that include Flatbread pizzas on Monday, Sliders on Tuesday, Wings on Wednesday, Chili Dor Fries on Thursday and Brisket Dinner on Friday. There are eight T.V.’s in the bar and grill that will always have on a variety of sports to view.

The bar offers twelve Draft beers on tap from breweries like Karl Strauss, Booze Brothers, 805, Alesmith, West Brew, Elysian, Latitude 33, Golden Rose, Estrella Jlaisco and Ballast Point. There are also a number of bottle and canned beers and seltzers as well as a selection of wines to choose from.

Jackson’s Sports Bar and Grill will be open 7 days a week with the hours of 10 am until 10 pm Mondays through Fridays, 10 am until 11 pm on Saturdays and 10 am until 8 pm on Sundays. They will also offer Google online ordering to go. For more information call 760-295-1656.
