Escondido Invites Community to National Night Out

Escondido, CA – The Escondido Police Department, in collaboration with the City of Escondido and community partners, invites residents to the annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Grape Day Park, located at 321 N Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025.

National Night Out is a nationwide initiative designed to foster community partnerships and strengthen the relationship between public safety departments and the communities they serve. This free, family-friendly event offers a fun and interactive evening for people of all ages.

Opportunity Drawings

In addition to the Escondido Police Department, the Escondido Fire Department, Code Compliance Department and Environmental Programs will also be present to engage with residents and share valuable safety information and resources.

“This is a great opportunity for our community to connect with our local public safety teams and enjoy a night of unity and fun,” said Deborah Borders, Community Services Manager for the City of Escondido. “Events like these help build trust and lasting relationships.”
