On New Years Eve, Escondido Police Officers went to a man’s house to take a report of stolen tools. Before officers could arrive, the man drove by a car wash where he saw people with what he believed were his stolen tools. Officers arrived and were able to retrieve the tools. A neighbor was able to positively identify the suspects and two males went to jail.
