Thank You
A big thank you to the citizen who called the police department last week when they saw a gun in one of our shopping plaza parking lots. Also, thanks to the citizen, officers may be able to link the gun to a known criminal that could then face criminal charges.

Traffic Collision (Another Reminder to GO SLOW IN ESCO)
This past weekend, a man driving while intoxicated crashed his car in to a street light at one of our intersections, causing the light to fall into the intersection. Officers were able to catch up with the man after he tried to run away from the scene of the accident. The man was arrested and booked into county jail. Thank you to our wonderful public works team who worked diligently to clean up the intersection and get the street light operational.
