Volunteer Opportunity
Our next volunteer fire hydrant painting event will be on August 14 from 8 a.m. to noon. This is a great family project or for students who need community service hours. Volunteers will give neighborhood fire hydrants a fresh look with a new coat of paint. If damage or leaks are found, volunteers will report them to the Water Department so they can quickly make repairs. Your effort will help ensure that the fire hydrants are ready to go if they are needed during an emergency!
