Last week, a domestic violence incident occurred where the female victim was subjected to numerous acts of violence both physically and mentally. The female was held by the male overnight, enduring the abuse. The male tied her up in the home and then decided to tie her up in their vehicle and began to drive her around. At one point, she was able to break free
from her ties, while he was out of the car. As soon as she was free, the female ran to a nearby store, where the employees called 911 for her. Officer and detectives immediately began working together to try and find the male. Using numerous investigative tools and partnerships with federal and international agencies, it was determined the male was probably trying to flee to South America. Fortunately, because of those international partnerships, the male was apprehended in Mexico. He is currently in custody in Mexico for gun charges (a gun was used during the crimes here). The men and women of the police department, as well as their partners, both federally and internationally, worked diligently to make sure this violent criminal will be brought to justice.
